Follifoot Women’s Institute (WI) meet the second Wednesday of each month, at Follifoot Village Hall. The meeting starts at 7.30pm and usually finishes about 9pm. A competition is usually held where members can get a point for just entering. At the majority of meetings there is a talk or demonstration on anything from ‘Working with Wonder Woman’ to ‘Flowers for Christmas’. At the end of the evening refreshments are provided. As a member of the WI you are regularly invited to various outings, courses, weekends away. Presently there are nearly 60 members, and new members are always welcome.
