Class 1 visited Monk Park Farm, Thirsk as part of our animal theme for this term.  We had a fabulous day and learnt lots of interesting facts which we will be using in class through fun activities such as painting animals we have seen, research, constructing animal habitats, exploring animals around the world using Information, communication and technology such as the internet, webcams, software etc.  Follifoot School has been up to loads more exciting such as World Book Day when we dressed up as favourite book characters, visited Mercer Gallery, Spofforth Castle, our village church with Jeremy and are following a local house being built.  We have also had lots of visitors such as Leeds Tikes rugby coaches, firemen, police and lots of friends from the village to listen to readers etc!
