 Minutes of the meeting to discuss planning applications held on Monday 7 June 2010

  Present : Parish councillors E. Bolton, U. Cansfield, B. Fisher (Chairman), N. Pettitt , B. Butler.

  Apologies for absence : Parish councillors T. Martin and C. Florance.

  Declarations of interest in any item on the agenda : There were none.

  Application 10/01778/FUL Dower Cottage, 8 Rudding Dower, Follifoot for conversion of garage to form detached dwelling, erection of front extension, raising of roof height and erection of 1.8 m. high wall (site area 0.05ha). There was a discussion regarding the possibility of including Rudding Dower in the conservation area and a query about the Listed Building status of the garage. The Parish Council had no objections to the application.

1. Application 10/02157/FUL The School Room, Plompton Road, Follifoot for erection of single storey side and rear extensions and detached garage with car port. The Parish Council had no objections to the application.  

•  Appeal 10/00055/REFPP 8 The Square, Plompton against refusal of planning permission to delete condition 8 of permission 6.108.19.D.FUL to allow annex to be used by others. Parish Council to decide whether to send any additional comments to the Planning Inspectorate. The Parish Council decided not to comment further on the application as its original comments would be forwarded and considered by the planning inspector in deciding the appeal.
