Meeting held on 30th April 2003

THE ANNUAL PARISH ASSEMBLY was held in the Village Hall on Wednesday 30th April 2003 at 7.30pm.

PRESENT Chairman Mrs.U.Cansfield; Councillors B. Fisher, A. Martin, Mrs. A. Chetcuti, Mrs.E.Bolton, J.B.Butler. County Councillor W. Brewis attended.
Apology for absence from District Councillor C.Bayliss.

MINUTES The minutes of the previous Annual Assembly held on 24th April 2002 were read, and the motion of Councillor Mrs. Chetcuti, seconded by Councillor Mrs. Bolton was adopted as a correct record.

There were no matters arising.

CHAIRMAN'S REPORT An account of the years activities was read to the meeting by the Chairman, Councillor Mrs. U. Cansfield.

FINANCIAL REPORT completed accounts for the year ended 31st March were available for inspection, having been examined by the Internal Auditor, Mr.P.Carney.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 7.45pm.
